Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and ours, we have the following policies in place:
Booking & Deposits
A valid card is required to book all appointments. Select services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your treatment total. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment total at the time of service.
Clients may transfer their deposit to a rescheduled appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, one time only. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit to secure the appointment time.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, canceled appointments, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to additional cancellation fees.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand when an appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours we miss the opportunity to fill that time with another patient on our waitlist.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the following fees:
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Late arrivals are still subject to the full service fee.
Card on File Agreement
By booking an appointment, you authorize Refresh Aesthetics to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
We understand that life happens. However, last-minute changes leave gaps that cannot be filled and directly impact our small business. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to you.
Refund Policy
All services and treatments provided by Refresh Aesthetics are non-refundable. Cosmetic and aesthetic treatments are elective procedures, and individual results may vary based on factors including anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare recommendations. While every effort is made to achieve your desired outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Additional treatments or touch-up appointments that may be needed to achieve or maintain desired results are the financial responsibility of the client.
All retail and skincare product purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Defective products may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
