Outside of her practice, Ashley is a mother of two and a dedicated nurse practitioner student. She enjoys taking barre, yoga, pilates classes, and getting lost in a good book. She continues to invest in her professional and personal growth, with a strong commitment to refining her craft and expanding her clinical knowledge. Her mission is to create a space where elevated aesthetics practice and authenticity coexist—where clients feel confident, refreshed, and still entirely like themselves.
I don’t watch a ton of tv, but when I do I tend to rewatch old favorites: Friends, The Good Place, and Schitt’s Creek are some of my go-to’s.
I’m an avid reader, though I’ve never been someone who sticks to just one favorite genre. I gravitate toward twisty psychological thrillers, romance, and fantasy.
I also love humor-driven writing, memoirs and essay or short story collections.
On the non-fiction side, I enjoy books on business, mindset, sales, and psychology, particularly anything that explores behavior and why people think and act the way they do.
My taste in podcasts is similar to my taste in books, but I often listen to true crime and comedy podcasts.
